Not only were lego's a great childhood toy, they can be used for a great many things, such as fixing your mouse.
Lately as most of you know I've been complaining about my left clicker not working on my mouse. So, I tore the damn thing apart, and if you've ever taken a mouse apart, you've most likely seen the two tabs that extend from the bottoms of the tabs that make the left/right buttons.
Over time those tabs wear down and a groove is formed in the middle of it where it pushes on the plastic button in the micro controller for the click action. That groove causes the button to not get pressed making it seem like the mouse is "sticky".
A little super glue, utility knife action, and finding a Lego, then wasting the time to put it all together, and I have a fully functioning mouse again, almost better than new. xD
My random story of the day.
